Ensure that your device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network or Ethernet cable.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting either the Wi-Fi network or the Ethernet cable.

Try restarting your computer unless you will lose progress in programs or files by doing so.

If none of these resolve the issue, please submit a ticket.
